Both Media and Pro Memberships are set to auto-renew. This means that as long as the credit card on file in your payment profile is current and valid, your account will automatically be charged for the Membership price each year on your renewal date. This ensures uninterrupted access to all Membership features.
We strive to make the renewal process transparent. A few weeks before renewal, we send reminder emails to the address on file, giving you time to update payment information or adjust your Membership status before the charge is processed.
